If I Pre-order a product, will I receive it on the release date?
The Pre-Order date provided when you placed your order is the anticipated dispatch date from our warehouse and is based on the delivery schedule advised by the manufacturer.
We'll inform you of any delay as soon as possible by email and let you know the new expected dispatch date.
If you've chosen to personalise your Pre-order item, please also allow an additional 4-6 days for dispatch.
Will Pro:Direct re-stock sale items?
We don't tend to re-stock items once they go on sale - often items will be reduced in price once the line/colour has been discontinued.
If your size is out of stock, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to help with advice for an alternative, they can be contacted at email@example.com
How do I know that I've ordered the right size?

Please take a moment to read our recommended care instructions.
- Always wash items inside out where possible to protect the personalisation
- Never wash with other garment types
- Unless they are the same colour, always wash shirts and shorts separately
- Wash at 30°C
- Never mix light colours with dark colours
- Avoid washing cotton with polyester in the same wash
- Never tumble dry personalised items
- Iron at low temperature and never directly onto any artwork
* Use of fabric conditioners, 3-in-1 detergents and sodium percarbonate stain removers should be avoided.
Do you offer Gift Cards/Vouchers?
I'm afraid we don't have gift vouchers available for purchase. This isn't a service that we offer at the moment, but it is constantly under review so may change in the future.
Although we don't sell gift vouchers, we do have a great range of items on our sites that would make really great gifts. If you need a bit of advice about what would make a perfect present we will be more than happy to provide you with some guidance.
