My Account

  • I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

    If you've forgotten your password, just go to Log-In and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link and enter your email address.
    If we find a matching account to the email address you provided, we'll send you an email to allow you to reset your password.

  • Can I make changes to the details in My Account?

    You can change your details at any time in 'My Account' which you can access by clicking on Log In, then clicking on My Account.
    Once you're logged in, you can change:
    - Your contact details and Password
    - Your addresses within your address book
    - Your payment card details
    Any changes you make won't affect any order you've already placed.

  • How do I remove myself from your email list?

    If you no longer wish to receive Do Sport emails you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in one of our emails or going to My Preferences in My Account and making the change there. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservices@dosport.com and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

  • My Coupon code isn't working.

    Your coupon/voucher code needs to be redeemed when you are in the checkout. If the coupon code is not recognized, you can follow these steps to see if this helps: 

    - Be careful if you copy & paste the code as this adds a space at the end – this space needs to be deleted
    - Coupon codes are case sensitive – all in UPPER CASE
    - Make sure you’ve entered the coupon code exactly as it appears, check spacing, character errors and/or spelling mistakes.
    - Make sure the coupon applies to at least one item in your basket – not all items are eligible. Check the Terms & Conditions of the coupon to make sure your order meets the requirements

  • Are my details retained for future orders?

    Yes, we do keep some records in the My Account section. You'll be able to see and update your name, addresses, contact details, add a payment card for future orders and of course see all of your orders (you can track the progress of the delivery from here as well).
