No matter what you do, or how much you do it, staying active is proven to be good for your mental and physical wellbeing.

This is what we mean by sustaining yourself. Through the power of sport we sustain ourselves. So whatever you do – do more. PEOPLE & PLANET SUSTAINABILITY


We would like to make Sustainability a people and planet thing . Sport sustains us . Finding an activity you love to ‘do’ releases feel good endorphins . There is no better word to describe the effects a fitter lifestyle has on our bodies and souls than sustain. Just look at the definition of the word .


Verb: to strengthen or support , physically or mentally


And that’s exactly what we are all doing when we get active . We strengthen ourselves physically and get fitter and just as importantly those endorphins make us feel so much stronger mentally too . When we were told to stay indoors it was our much needed ‘hour’ of escape that sustained us .
